1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Quant. Residents of Rhode Island and Washington are not eligible to participate. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Sweepstakes Model

Quant operates as a sweepstakes platform. QP Coins (QPC) are purchased virtual currency with no cash value, used for gameplay. Quanta (QTA) are a separate sweepstakes currency that can be earned for free via daily bonuses, promo codes, mail-in entries, and referrals — and may be redeemed for prizes. No purchase is necessary to obtain Quanta or participate.

3. No Purchase Necessary

To obtain free Quanta without purchase, you may: (a) claim your daily login bonus, (b) redeem a valid promo code, (c) participate through a referral link, or (d) mail a handwritten request with your username to our mail-in address. See Sweepstakes Rules for full details.

4. QP Coins (QPC)

QP Coins are purchased virtual currency. All QPC purchases are final. QPC has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. QPC is used solely for gameplay within the platform.

5. Quanta (QTA) & Redemptions

Quanta may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to: (a) a minimum threshold of 10,000 QTA ($100 equivalent), (b) completion of KYC identity verification, (c) a 36-hour processing hold after each redemption request, and (d) residency outside of RI and WA. Quant reserves the right to audit accounts before processing redemptions. Redemption requests are reviewed and approved manually.

6. Provably Fair Gaming

All game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm using a server seed, client seed, and nonce. You may verify any game result independently. Seeds are revealed after each round.

7. Account Rules

One account per person. Accounts found to be duplicates, fraudulent, or abusing promotions will be terminated and balances forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools. You may not exploit bugs or attempt to manipulate game outcomes. Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination.

9. Responsible Gaming

Quant is committed to responsible gaming. If you feel you are losing control, you may self-exclude at any time by contacting support. We support a 72-hour cool-down period upon request.

10. Modifications

Quant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
