Sweepstakes Rules

These rules summarize how Quanta sweepstakes play works. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to receive Quanta or participate in sweepstakes gameplay. Players may receive Quanta through free platform promotions, daily bonuses, referral promotions, promo codes, or a valid alternate method of entry.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in an eligible jurisdiction. Quanta sweepstakes gameplay is void in Rhode Island, Washington, and anywhere prohibited by law. Quanta may block, suspend, or close accounts that appear ineligible or abusive.

3. Virtual Currencies

QP Coins are entertainment credits with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Quanta are promotional sweepstakes entries that may be eligible for prize redemption when all platform requirements are met.

4. Alternate Method of Entry

To request free Quanta by mail, send a handwritten request that includes your full name, Quanta username, email address, date of birth, and eligible residence address. Each valid request must be mailed separately. Quanta may reject incomplete, duplicate, automated, or unreadable requests.

5. Redemptions

Prize redemptions require a minimum redeemable balance, identity verification, fraud review, and any tax or compliance information requested by Quanta. Redemption requests are reviewed manually and may be delayed, reduced, or denied if an account violates platform rules.

6. Odds and Game Results

Odds vary by game, wager, and selected settings. Game outcomes are generated by platform game logic and may include provably fair seed verification where available.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Bots, scripts, multi-accounting, coordinated abuse, chargeback abuse, exploit use, false identity information, and attempts to manipulate game outcomes are prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of promotional balances.
